Interviewing for a job requires some rehearsal.  In advance, a strategy must be developed in order to try and match what is required and how we may match what they are seeking for.

Success

Job offers are the goal, but the key is to make sure the job measures up to your own criteria.  In addition, you may have to strategize how you will resign from a current position and also how to negotiate for the best salary & benefits package.  Evaluate the offer with an objective eye.
